Mark Saladin recently taught the legal section in the IncubatorEdu class at Woodstock High School. Mark assisted the class in discussing entity structure for new ventures, contracts, and conducted mock interviews with each of the teams. The IncubatorEdu class allows students to produce a product or a service that may eventually make it to the marketplace.
Mark Saladin is currently acting as the chairman of the Harvard-Woodstock Enterprise Zone which is a state authorized entity that assists municipalities in providing incentives for commercial and industrial growth. The Harvard-Woodstock Enterprise Zone has recently had numerous applications to the Zone for new business in both Harvard and Woodstock, Illinois.
